The purpose of our online psychological testing service is to provide individuals with a convenient and accessible way to assess their psychological well-being, gain insights into their mental health, and receive guidance for further steps.  Further, you gain access to experts in neurodiversity whom you may not have the opportunity to work with in your area due to lack of availability. 

We offer a variety of psychological assessments through our service, including assessments for developmental/behavioral challenges, social skills, emotional intelligence, mental health conditions, and more. These insights are designed to provide comprehensive insights into various aspects of an individual's psychological profile and may result in specific diagnosis that can facilitate additional supports, services and interventions.

The cost of our service varies depending on the specific assessment(s) you choose. We have different pricing options and payment plans available, and you can find detailed information about the costs on our website.  Telehealth or telemedicine may be eligible for reimbursement with a flexible spending account (FSA), health savings account (HSA), and health reimbursement arrangement (HRA) so you should check your plan.  

The duration of the assessment(s) and the time it takes to receive the results can vary depending on the specific assessments. Some tests may take a few minutes to complete, while others may require more time. Once you complete a test, you will typically receive the results within a specified timeframe, which will be communicated to you during the assessment process.

Our assessments are designed to be suitable for individuals of various age groups. We currently have assessments available for children, adolescents, and adults: Ages 3 and up through adulthood. Each test is tailored to the specific age range and developmental stage to ensure accurate and relevant results.

Dr. Bowers is trained in the clinical scientist model and follows the scientific literature as well adhere to a strict Code of Ethics.  He has compiled carefully crafted assessment batteries that are not only appropriate for telepsychology use but are highly validated and established.  Further, we gather comprehensive history through intake and we also review video submissions of your child's behaviors and spend time observing and interacting with the child as allowable during the final telepsychology session of the assessment process. 

We take the confidentiality of our clients' personal information and test results very seriously. We have implemented strict security measures to ensure the privacy and encryption protection of all data. Our platform adheres to industry-standard and HIPAA compliant security protocols, and we DO NOT EVER share any personal information or test results with anyone other than YOU.

After completing the assessments(s) and receiving the results, the next steps will depend on your specific situation and needs. 

We understand that clients may have questions or concerns about their results or the testing process. We provide support through various channels, including email, live chat, or phone. Our team is available to address any inquiries or provide clarification to ensure a smooth and satisfactory experience for our clients.

Our tests are designed to be culturally sensitive and appropriate for individuals from diverse backgrounds. We take into consideration cultural factors that may influence psychological well-being and strive to create assessments that are inclusive and relevant to different populations.

To complete our assessment process, you will need access to a device with an internet connection. Our platform is designed to be compatible with various devices, including computers, tablets, and smartphones. No additional technological requirements are needed beyond a standard internet connection.

Our assessments are specifically designed to be taken online through our platform. This allows for a seamless and user-friendly experience, as well as secure data storage. Offline testing is not available through our service.
